Project Brief
Design and Construction Oversight of the state-of-the-art maintenance facility for the #1 Golf Course in the world. The project included the construction of two buildinfs: the main building houses the administrative offices and employee locker room and breakroom. Equipment storage and a maintenance. The environmental building has a wash off pad, pesticide fill and areas ties to a state-of-the-art recycling/filtration system and provides chemical and hazardous material storage.
